School Counselors
Our School Counselors and Family Support Specialists play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional success. School Counselors provide guidance on academic planning, personal development, and helping students navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Family Support Specialists work closely with families to address barriers to learning, connect them with community resources, and foster strong home-school partnerships. Together, they create a supportive environment that promotes student well-being and educational achievement.

Counseling Services Flow Chart
To help families better understand how our counseling services are connected and the roles of each team member, we have developed the flow chart below. It provides an overview of the support systems available to students and how each counselor works together to meet student needs.
If you would like to refer your child to the school's CARE Team, please contact the school office. Our staff will help connect you with the appropriate counselor based on your child's needs.
